Our own Joe Hurd made headlines in The Southern Reporter this week, after being invited by Galashiels restaurateur Paolo Crolla to his fine-wine tasting event.
Joe lent his expertise to pair a variety of wines to certain food and dishes, as Paolo set out to find the best wines to accompany his menu for customers…
