Sian Welby

Don’t be fooled by Sian’s blonde hair and feminine exterior. This Channel 5 weather girl is a tomboy at heart.

After hosting and writing a number of online shows her television career took an unusual turn when she was head hunted by Channel 5 boss, Richard Desmond, to present the Channel 5 weather.

Sian is gaming geek too. The female face of Electronic Arts, her videos gain views in their millions and she has had great success with the notoriously critical gaming audience. Xbox then snapped up the show and it now features on their live dash board.

Her career has also recently steered along the sports route, hosting online shows such as The Goal post and the Goal line, as well as The Show jumping Championships for Sky and Track Cycling for ITV.

Most recently, she has appeared on ITV4 presenting the Cycle Revolution Series and now also presents the National Health Lottery Draw live every Wednesday on Channel 5.
